From the Bathroom of a Crappy Asian Restaurant.

Some people believe that love is just a stick-on decal, and you can buy it at Wal-Mart
And it'll only cost you a piece of your heart, and maybe someone else's.
But that's okay, because you'll never be able to know just how much you've paid.
You can't feel someone else's pain.

So I'll wait in silence and I'll wait out loud, but I'll hide my fear, my tears, and be proud.
I am me. I believe in love and I'm not afraid to show it
As a writer, dancer, singer, a painter or a poet.
I won't hide behind the scenes and wait, no matter how long it'll take
To heal myself, and live again. We'll see. Someday. It'll happen.

A loose draft... mostly written on my phone in the bathroom of a crappy sushi restaurant. I was very heartbroken that day. The second stanza just popped out of my head now.
