Sylvia

Sylvia is only 16. She fell in love with a guy named Dean. Her parents didn't appove of Dean And Slyvia began to scream, "Why can I never like who I want to like? Do you want me to live Alone?" Pleading for their daughter to calm down they replied, "Sylvia, he's just not the right Guy."
Disappointed, Sylvia stormed into her room and locked the door.
She screamed her heart out as she cried, "I can't take this anymore!" She angrily opened Her drawer and searched for a blade,
And nothing more.

Sylvia is only 17. She was still in love with 18 year old Dean. To her surprise, Dean asked Her out.
Yes was her answer, without any doubt.
Sylvia and Dean were happily getting along, until one night, Sylvia did something wrong.
"Come with me to a party, you'll have lots of fun."
Sylvia panicked, but agreed to come along. To Sylvia's surpise, she had a blast! She forgot All about her guilt, quite fast.
But Dean got too drunk, Sylvia noticed soon.
Dean held her hand and led her to a room. Suddenly she realized this wasn't what she Wanted as Dean started to touch her in all the wrong spots.

"Dean, please stop. This isn't what I wanted." Dean laughed at her statement but ignored Her completely. As Sylvia cried for help at the locked door, Dean slapped her so hard she Fell to the floor.
As Sylvia lay crying on the floor, Dean took her for advantage,
And nothing more.

Sylvia was only 18 when she died.
She died next to her bed where she cried the rest of her life
A note was all that was left of poor Sylvia and in it she wrote The pain in her heart, in which she lost hope.
"Dear family, I'm sorry to leave you this way. I wish I would've listened, but I was too busy screaming But it's my choice, and it has been in my dreaming."
"I'm not sorry to say that not only one life has been lost. Check my closet... Dean wasn't so tough."
Opening the closet, her parents gasped in horror.
Lay there dead in the closet was Dean,
And nothing more.

I'm sure most of you will probably skip this poem because it's "too long" but I really worked hard on it and it's a really good (sad) storyline that I think you might enjoy. Please give this poem a chance.
