Rain.
Rain hit’s the ground, and I cringe from the sound.
Its making me weep, which makes water seep.
Its all around, something very profound.
I close my eyes and listen to the drops, feeling like I’m nothing but a flop…
Tears stream down my face, and fall upon a pretty lace.
I watch out the window, as the sun comes to make it dry.
There is a smile on my face now and not a tear in my eye.
But it doesn’t last long, as I dwell on what all has went wrong.
Soon before I know it, the rain will be back, and there will be pain in my side.
It doesn’t go away, I think its hear to stay, forever I’ll wonder if it’ll ever go away.
