"A tormented soal"

A tormented soal once told me
to think before I speak.
But without some true adventure
what would life really be?
The soal then told me to hold my tongue
and consider what he said.
But if life's taught me just one thing,
it's to live with the heart
and not the head.
The soal then looked me in the eye
and swore its eternal vow.
For is its sweat should coat the night,
it shall fall from it's brow.
