Be gone, Bygone

Be gone, bygone, a year, tomorrow; today!
I see the sounds, I hear the sights.
Be gone, bygone, yesterday is still in here (my head).
Two days past, in the past I still stay the way I am today.
Be gone, bygone, one hour the clock strikes 13:00.
I see the faces, cut in my eye, my face inside theirs.
Be gone, bygone, zero hour, screaming faces.
Souls searching my soul burning me with guns and nails and teeth.
Be gone, bygone, minus an hour, blood on my hands.
I sleep in a bed, knowing others are sleeping longer than me.
Be gone, bygone, the bell tolls, no more time.
The clock breaks, the walls scream, spirits wail and lament.
Be gone, bygone, still no more time.
I call out to the wind, it tells me no, I cry and think why?
Be gone, bygone, borrowed time.
I call to the earth, it tells me yes, I smile and thank God.
Be gone, Bygone, giving back time (little by little).
A bridge, no lifeline to hold me back, flat-line.
Be gone, Bygone; Peace.
