Love

The darkening sky tells me to leave,
But the sparkle in your eyes tell me that you believe.

I need to leave but I don't want to go,
A day without you seems too slow.

I wish every morning and pray every night,
That someday I'll be wrapped up in your arms safe and tight.

You hold my hand and lead me to your car,
We go slow and don't go far.

We stop just down the street,
I kiss your lips and they taste sweet.

They taste too good I can't stop,
It's just like tasting a lollipop.

We stop after a couple of moments,
Forehead to forehead my heart is your token.

Your eyes are wide just so innocent,
Your skin so soft I can't resist it.

I pull you closer by the belt loop of your pants,
our bodies start to move our secret little dance.

I lay in bed and close my eyes,
I hated that earlier we had to say our goodbyes.

But don't worry, no don't at all,
We'll runaway to Vegas sometime this fall.
