Ode to Music

The sound of a song playing in your head,
Making you want to dance.
Classical, country, pop,
Alternative, rock, hip-hop,
All inspire you to take a chance,
Maybe it'll bring out an artistic ability instead,
Or maybe it will get you thinking about the past,
Or something or someone you miss.
But the sweet lullaby doesn't last,
Because to every song comes a twist.
