So she looked up towards the sky,
&& Prayed for a reason why,
The man she needed in her life,
Suddenly lost the fight.

With no answer to her question,
No hope to lay within her mind,
She seemed to sit and wait,
For a long, long time.

She waited for what seem like years,
For her father to return,
But then it finally struck her,
As she balled into a million tears.

That he was really gone,
&& And she lost all her breath,
Taking in heaves of weeps,
She didn't sleep till dawn.
