Autumn's Love

A blissful breeze enlightened the air,
As my thoughts migrated to a land of purity.
The leaves descended, slowly to the ground,
A sky stained with red, awaited my call.

Golden paths entertwined throughout the trees,
It felt as though all time had stood still.
The rain had brought upon us misty nights,
But a warm embrace did destruct the cold.

Huddling around flickering flame,
Fresh from desire, a heart-stopping kiss.
The Autumn equniox brought to us,
Ever lasting, love and trust.
