To my lovely Emma,
On this beautiful Valentine’s day,
I’m faced with a dire dilemma,
Of which, to only you, I will say.

I see you in the hallway,
On my way to class,
I feel my thoughts go astray,
Your gorgeous face will always surpass.

You are so sweet and kind,
You’re smile makes me melt,
I’m losing my worn-out mind,
At the mercy of feelings I feel and have felt.

You always raise my mood
Whenever I am down
I can never show my gratitude
When you never let me frown.

And though I hate to be a bother…
My problem just can’t wait.
