Six

The sky is the size that I want it to be,
Because I think it fits almost perfectly,
between the clouds as the shelter to the sun,
beneath the unknown but above everyone.
The sky is so high above the green and blue,
If a shadow were cast, then by darkness we’d be consumed,
by what would have you and what would have me,
We’d be victims of the skyline and indefinite gravity.

We could fall before the truth and ask understanding,
Or we could give birth from anger, and become demanding,
We could seek knowledge in places that persist in the shadows—
Undisclosed fears and hidden temptations,
Of exploring the unknown and all elevations,
Of discovering the truth and the undetermined,
Of the web of lies in which the world has been turning.

though this is still not complete I am submitting it as-is, but only because I completely forgot that I had deleted my original six and never uploaded my new version. .(BUT when I update it, I won't delete this one, I'll just come back to it and edit it.)
