Like a Tornado

Like a tornado,
my emotions spin like crazy,
spinning faster and faster,
racing by becoming a dizzying blur.

Like a tornado,
I try to stop myself from becoming hazy,
so I don’t end up a disaster,
it’s kinda hard when there might not be a cure.

Like a tornado,
you reach out with a grasp that’s far from lazy,
the feeling is as strong as plaster,
it grows and grows to the point of being positively sure.

Like a tornado,
it all slows down and ends up not so crazy,
and now the memories are spinning faster and faster,
racing by becoming a dizzying blur.
