you’ve wronged me you know

making my pain a show

I heard people say

that the mind and heart

are intertwined

finer than an sweet rhyme

But what you thought in your mind

is what destroyed my heart

and it hurts

that you’ve made us

Come this far apart

I thought you where caring

charming and kind

But then you become sick twisted

and nothing that rhymes

when you wrote what you thought

you completely tore my heart apart

this is a sadness so true

that I always seem to be shedding tears

you ripped my heart out from its seams

and haunt me at night within my dreams

but what hurts more than

anything you could do
