I Scream Just Like The Moon

Some say the moon is cloudy.
Some say it is mysterious.
I shake my head and sigh,
You're all quite delirious.

Some say the moon is loud,
Shining bright and proud.
I chuckle lightly,
Your brain is a soft cloud.

Some say the moon is evil,
Darkness on it's back.
I look at you, face still
Your compliments are slack.

Some say the moon is just a rock
Taking up our space.
I say your body's hollow too,
While staring at your face.

Some say the moon is a ball of light,
Saving men from human plight.
I think the moon is very silly,
Just staying there for delight.

Others think the moon's their friend,
An everlong friendship that'd never end.
I look up at you sourly,
You'll have more luck with a diary.

Scientist's say a day'll come,
When the moon won't grace our sky.
It sure is sad, it sure is sad.
Humans will surely cry.

I look at the moon and see a tear,
Is it from fear? That starry tear?
Is it from thankfullness? That joyful drop?
I'll scream just like the moon.
