In That Moment.

In that moment right before I fall asleep,
I feel suddenly drowned in my own sorrow.
Like I'm useless.
I've got nothing to give anyone.
I feel so belittled,
No one cares about me.
My own thoughts attack me, speaking cruel things.
Whispered in the darkness as my tears fall unnoticed.
'Your useless."
It sneers degradingly.
'No one would care if you disappeared right now.'
Causing my breathing to stagger.
