I wrote this in 2006 about an ex. I did a little play on words when I wrote it (you know "peace" instead of "piece" because the person it was written for had brought me that when they were with me) and "past" instead of "passed" because we felt REALLY familiar to each other even though we had only known each other a short time...so, it's that whole thought of "did we know each other in another life, perhaps?" (i.e a "past life).
