I Don't Love You Anymore

The sun met my eyes today,
And I saw beauty once again.
For the first time, I stood taller
Since my life you broke to bend.

I saw that Karma’d chased you down,
And pinned you to the floor,
In the form of an easy girl,
Who wasn’t worth it anymore.

So yes, some pity goes to you,
I don’t want you being miserable.
Yet somehow, through that same sadness,
I’m feeling rather invincible.

I’m not unbroken, but I’m healed,
It’s been days since I thought of your face.
And only now you’re starting to walk,
That same path at a slower pace.

So yes, I’m gone, I bid you well.
I’ve already locked the door.
And now, with confidence I can finally say,
I don’t love you anymore.
