What's Real?
I could scream that I'm afraid,
But that'd do me no justice,
Would you turn your back,
Leave me to drown?
Is this just a dream,
As I lie here in pain,
Falling just as you turn,
Out of sight- out of mind.
When will I see you again?
I'm tired of having no voice,
Not speaking to you,
Having no courage to lie.
I'll be silent,
Woefully frightened,
Symbolizing a weak frail girl,
When all I wanna do is see you.
Boy, I don't even know what's real anymore...
...And what is a dream.
But that'd do me no justice,
Would you turn your back,
Leave me to drown?
Is this just a dream,
As I lie here in pain,
Falling just as you turn,
Out of sight- out of mind.
When will I see you again?
I'm tired of having no voice,
Not speaking to you,
Having no courage to lie.
I'll be silent,
Woefully frightened,
Symbolizing a weak frail girl,
When all I wanna do is see you.
Boy, I don't even know what's real anymore...
...And what is a dream.
