My Lady's Beauty

Oh dear maiden, skip a beat does my heart,
For you carry beauty in such wonderful art.
Thou's grace hath no resemblance,
But in nature hides a similar elegance.

Thy damsel's hair dances with such emotion,
Not unlike that of a fiery passion.
A blazing flame of such crimson shade,
Though time would die, never will it fade.

Navy like the ocean's tide,
While lunacy does not hide.
Thou's eyes so much spirit hold,
Is it any wonder my lady is so bold?

Rosy cheeks and skin so light,
That glows with a certain delight.
Like a soft rose so graceful,
Thy damsel's touch is kind and thoughtful.

With these words that I call art,
I wish to forever win my maiden's heart.
For thou's beauty hath no compare,
To the knowledge and spirit you and I share.
