I could pretend it never happened,
pretend that he never hurt me,
pretend that he never existed,
but the scars he caused, would prove me wrong,
the fact he almost killed me, would prove me wrong,
I want to forget, but no matter how hard I try,
I can't seem to forget what he has done to me.
