The Concert
A cold November night
Adrenaline pumping
Shaking with excitement
Darkness filled the room
A loud boom of music
Busted from the speakers
They were blown away
A last,
A soft section came
Instrumental songs
They rested
Another loud boom
All the hits now
Everyone sang along
They were hyped
The lights turned on
Everyone started leaving
It was almost quiet
They leave as well
They walk out
"Merry Christmas," said the dad
"Merry Christmas," said the daughter
The first snowflakes of winter fell
Adrenaline pumping
Shaking with excitement
Darkness filled the room
A loud boom of music
Busted from the speakers
They were blown away
A last,
A soft section came
Instrumental songs
They rested
Another loud boom
All the hits now
Everyone sang along
They were hyped
The lights turned on
Everyone started leaving
It was almost quiet
They leave as well
They walk out
"Merry Christmas," said the dad
"Merry Christmas," said the daughter
The first snowflakes of winter fell

As the description states, this was a poem-version of my first Nine Inch Nails concert that I went to with my dad on November 15, 2008. :)
