Hunt

Heavy Breathing, with short breaths,
eyes focused and fixed on one point,
paws fly rhythmically over forest floor,
nose smelling,
tension building, slowly,
as they approach.
Legs springing,
Jaws snapping,
Life leaving,
Ravenous feasting.
