Sometimes life crumbles at your feet

Everything is gone and your heart skips a beat

You watch memories as they flood back

And you remember the bad times you lack

Thinking to yourself what went wrong

Yet on the outside standing so strong

Whenever I see you I have to fight back tears

Tears I still hide after all these years

You were like a sister to me

You set my mind and spirit free
