Gabriel's Poem

How did this come to be?
That you and I can't be free
Free to love as we please
Told our feelings must now freeze

What did you see in that bitch?
That filthy rotten dirty snitch...
I told you that I'd wait
until you too'd no longer date

But everything took so long
And I couldn't stand to hear our song
So much promise, so much hope
It was just too hard to cope

So I searched to find a man
Someone who could understand
And I found one who's so great
Someone who's to be my fate

The way it all went, it just wasn't fair
You'd lie when you said you'd care
I clearly see that that wasn't true
All your lies, I can see right through

Now this one is just all wrong
And I hope she doesn't last long
Because its so hard to be nice
To a girl who just reminds me of mice

I see no beauty, out or in
Why is it you that she did win?
The whole thing just feels so wrong
This just isn't where we belong
