Entering an empty wasteland of nothing but ash and stone, I walk in silence for I have no one to talk to. I’m walking these million broken miles with poison in my veins. My heart is icy as I continue to walk, my hands are numb. I close my eyes and see black and white pictures of when we were together; I feel a tear slide down my cheek. I snap my eyes open and look up at the big black night sky and sigh, I see my breath and look down at the ground. I continue to walk holding back my tears, I miss you and now I am alone.
