Never To Blink Again

etched deep,
the name engraved upon the face of stone,
standing on top of the unseen,
the buried,
the stillness,
all that which is dead.
all that used to breath
walk,
exist with emotion,
with a mind that could form
and invent,
ideas conjured about life,
about the world.
a stranger,
an intricate fractal mess
of personality,
convictions,
beliefs,
laughs and smiles,
tears and fears,
all jammed within a spark
in this fire of eternity.
a dreamer,
propelled by such a fuel
of radical passion,
divided from the right
to breath and the right
to a heartbeat,
never to blink again.
