Your adrenaline rushes

You’re at the show of your life
Finally where you belong
Confusion
How should I write this?
I don’t really know how to
The words don’t make sense
I feel like I’m gonna drown

Carry On
We want to give up
The pain is much too strong now
We lost our true light
Death is unpredictable
Somehow we all carry on

So these are similar to Haikus, but with two extra lines. Also, I have to credit the fact that my friend Angel or otherwise known on here as CharmedAngel88 helped me out with them all. The last poem, title credit and final line credit do go to the song Carry On by Avenged Sevenfold. I loved it so much, I wanted to incorporate it into a poem. CharmedAngel88 did in fact write the first two on her own. This was for a homework assignment so I hope you enjoy.
