The Farce of a Fairies Arse.

In a place with no time,
In a time with no place,
There lived a young maiden,
Exquisite and pure, and Fair of face.

Her life was lonesome and grievous,
Dark troubles she did hold near,
Due to her tormentor, the one so devious.
Gone was her luster, her smile, and cheer.

The dark one did atrocious things
Leaving scars inside and out.
He darkened the sky, the bird no longer sings
He hungered for her pain, her soul, her shout.

A boy there was, filled with fire
Filled with memories and regret
His heart broken, from his hearts own desire.
Forever alone, his soul in debt.

Bereft of comfort, safety, and nearly her soul,
the maiden harbored no hope, And hardly a will.
She made a grasp out, to escape her ghoul,
And forever touched, the Boy stood still.

Her Demons he did not know,
Her demons he did not care,
He reached for her, and did not let go.
For what could possibly plague a maiden so fair?

Her fears incarnate abated
Reality reared its gruesome head
For 5 curious months he waited
And asked for her hand, his heart filled with lead.

She chose him as her suitor
Above all others she could have possessed,
She became the student, and he, her tutor.
The damsel in love, no longer distressed.

Seeking A heart, she became his guide,
They built him one together,
Which he opened for her, a mile wide.
On each other they thrived, two birds of a feather.

Seeking safety, he became her savior,
Her solace and shield.
Against her brother, and his bad behavior.
Her soul plowed fourth once more, now healed.

A time they did endure,
And a time they did see,
The fears less frequent, She remaining pure
A road locked by his heart, and she held the Key.

A boy no longer, now a man in full flight,
He owed her his heart and soul, which she wistfully took.
He'd let no demon take her, not without fight,
Nor any disguised as a friend, but really a crook.

The road was distant, Framed with barbed wire,
Studded with rock and burned bridges.
Together they rebuilt, as was their hearts desire.
She calmed his soul, his roughness along the ridges.

Many troubles they did face
Never afraid, never alone,
As long as the other was near their place.
Not to be separated, by stick nor stone.

Haunted, they were, by experiences and past,
Him for one reason, her for another,
His, hidden. Hers, ever present, steadfast.
For his past was a woman, and hers, her brother.

Troubles gave way to more trouble,
one once again became two,
she withdrew into her double,
And he became blind through and through.

What is love? they asked each other,
For it is Certainly not this and certainly not that,
what did they feel towards one another?
He loved her how he knew best, and she loved him giving shine to matte.

Another, a friend, came interfering,
Placing a wedge and playing the both of them,
Finally catching on, they sent her on her way still sneering.
But the damage was done, The love now a blemished gem.

The troubles soon passed, or so he thought,
Till after one squabble, she left him, forsaken,
He with no heart, her with no soul,
On that day, did he finally awaken.

And now, he seeks a heart, forever alone,
Building up others, playing the field.
And her? Why, the rest of her story is unknown,
His heart beats for her, But his soul will never yield.
