There Is No Heaven When I Die

Baking underneath the hydrogen
Standing, Waiting for some wind
Release my rotted thoughts in screams
Because your face is all I dream.
Sometimes I fail to even try
To be the one that holds your eyes.
And even though we're close too much
This vacancy in your touch
Pulls my fear from drowning cries
And leaves me with my bitter nights.
Please, for my sake, spare my heart
And make this wretched spiral part
For it's not you who drowns your cry.
There is no Heaven when I die.
