It was perfect
You and me holding hands
Sparks flying
We did have a spark

Best friends but we turned out to want more
Caressing each other with a loveing gaze
I knew I could live with out you
Apperently the world didn't care

Tearing us apart
My heart hurt from the mark you left
Those feelings still linger in both of us
But neither of us will swallow our pride and admit it

While we passed time with our other "toys"
Niether of us realized were trying to make each other jealous
The thing is if you can be friends with your ex theres still feelings
Although we didn't realize until it was too late

You stood with your girl at the alter
When I'm in the stands you look over at me
You're about to say yes
And you wonder what if we'd given it another chance
Or told each other our feelings
