Whispering Walls

This pain inside keeps growing.

And my heart beat is slowing.

Oh, please stop this searing pain.

You're smiling as you watch my life drain.

I'm begging you to stop it, please.

You knock me to the ground with ease.

You said you'd never hurt me.

Look what you're doing, can't you see?

I'm‎ gasping for just one more breath.

Before I meet this awful death.

But your hands wring tight around my neck.

Is this a dream, will someone check?

I cannot wake, for it's too real.

And with a kiss, you seal the deal.

You stop and look down to see.

My body lies there, look what you've‎ done to me.

Now my blood's stained on your hands.

Was this always in your plans?

The walls begin to whisper in my voice.

"Why did you make this‎ hurtful choice?

Was my love just not enough?

Was it really all that rough?

I love you, I love you.

I always do.

My love for you is for forever.

‎Even this death cannot sever.
