One for Death, One's for Dissipation

Back to that cliff, with my only black flower.
Hoping that we can bask in the moment together...
It's been quite a bumpy ride, through every waking hour,
But only solemn goodbyes can be given in bleak weather.

Your petals are like my own arms, withered and long usen...
Maintaining structure, just barely hanging on.
Therefore I have come to this final conclusion...
I shall let them fall down, to forever be gone.

Here is the peak, from which you I first picked.
You were the only thing that bloomed in that darkest of time...
Just like me, you were desperate, tired and nicked...
We made back through the woodland, after making you mine.

...And here we are once again, standing out on the edge.
Ready to let go of our bitter, rasp breaths.
I gently tear these petals, in dissipation from the ledge...
This last one is for both of us, to fall down to Death.
