I Miss You

I don't know why you left.
You were too young to go,
you didn't give me a warning,
you didn't let me know.

I wish I can hear your voice again,
that beautiful smile.
Of course I shed a tear, every once in a while.
Nothing ever hurt me, but that sure did,
I didn't know how to handle it, I was just a kid.

I miss you so much Nana, and you don't even know,
after you left me, i felt so alone.
I could not fathom the idea of you leaving,
but after you left, you had me bleeding.
On the inside and out, I lost myself,
didn't even know what I was about.

But this 13th will be exactly 1 year,
It's approaching rapidly, it's almost near.
I'll try not to cry, but I shall not guarentee,
I miss you so much Nana, you meant the world to me.
