Hallucinations.
Figures with black bodies,
And white heads.
They bounce around the room,
They jump on my bed.
The dead people come out at night,
To give me such a fright.
They only go away,
When I turn on the light.
Buh-dum, buh-dum, buh-dum;
I hear the drums.
Pew-pew-pew!
I hear the guns too.
The children scream,
Scream so high.
So do the women,
The noise level is a tie.
I hear the robots say my name,
They think it’s funny,
They think it’s a game.
Finally, there’s a little girl,
She stands at the end of my bed.
And her home,
Is inside my head.
She tells only lies,
Again and again and again…
And she’s only ten.
And white heads.
They bounce around the room,
They jump on my bed.
The dead people come out at night,
To give me such a fright.
They only go away,
When I turn on the light.
Buh-dum, buh-dum, buh-dum;
I hear the drums.
Pew-pew-pew!
I hear the guns too.
The children scream,
Scream so high.
So do the women,
The noise level is a tie.
I hear the robots say my name,
They think it’s funny,
They think it’s a game.
Finally, there’s a little girl,
She stands at the end of my bed.
And her home,
Is inside my head.
She tells only lies,
Again and again and again…
And she’s only ten.
