Introducerea

I am Beatty's broken heart
Bent backwards, beaten, and bleeding
And between ragged breaths, continues beating.

I am Cameron's shattered skull
Sharp fragments of dull matter
That still mull over how they shattered.

I am your injured sense of pride.

We are Margarette's shaking fingers
Panic on us like a glove
As, with silent words, we destroy what we love.

We are the hands pressed tight against your throat
So that your own words remain silent.

Introducing....

a collection of literary devices I did for English a long time ago. I can say only one thing in that class's defense: at least it gave me tangible achievements to reflect on.

PS: I am not a poet. So please forgive my mediocrity.
