Unspoken Words

She knew sometimes that her smiles are a little too stiff and her laugh a little too forced. That her words a little too mean and her gazes a little too hard.

She knew sometimes that she pretended their words didn’t hurt and their nonchalants of her presence didn’t bother her.

She knew sometimes that they always did and she knew sometimes that she wasn’t always all right.

She knew sometimes that the stiff smiles, the forced laughs, the mean words and the hard gazes didn’t resembled someone that liked to listen to dorky musics or cried to cliche movies or laughed at inappropriate jokes.

Someone she knew when she wasn’t being herself.

But she knew that, sometimes she didn’t know who she really was.
