Go to Sleep, Dear.

I stared at you,
Hidden in your room.
I hold a knife in my hand
And I let the feat bloom.
While you sit down and weep,
All I say is "Go to sleep."

You look scared,but why?
I just want to play,let's give it a try.
Just lay down and count the sheep
As I keep chanting "Go to sleep."

You don't cooperate and I frown.
Guess I'll have to put you down.
I hit you in,the head and your slumber is deep
While I whisper "Go to sleep."

You promise you won't say anything
And I know you'll hide everything.
This is a promise you have to keep.
not a word about the man who said "Go to sleep."
