What if all the mythical beings do exist but we are to impure to see them....
What if the myths and legends and real but they are so disgusted by our habits, our distruction, our hatred, our grotesque nature that they have chosen to remain hidden from us so as not to be polluted by us....
What if the moon hides them from us, the earth protects them from us and the sea shields them from our poison gaze...
What if our disgusting ways have driven some of the most beautiful beings into hiding...
What if mankind is the reason there is nothing beautiful left in this world...
What if there are gods but we have let them down so horrifically they have turned a blind eye on us...
