Predigital

i want to live inside one of those overexposed photos your parents keep on the bookshelf in your house
with soft coloured days and people laughing in backyards of their friends houses
those grainy sun faded photographs are all i can see now, the crinkled edges and stained fingerprints
i don't want to be in this digital age when everything is posed for and edited and reviewed
i want to be spontaneous and out of focus and blurred and unknowingly beautiful
