Look at Me

You look me in the face,
But do you see me at all?
I'm not who you think I am,
No, not anymore
Like the caterpillar in the cocoon,
I have changed formed.
I'm not this macho douche bad boy,
I put out to be.
Underneath all that,
I'm just frightened old me.
I worry abut my grades,
I worry about my books,
I lose myself in hiding so much,
I don't know where to look.
