A Mentoring Star

See that star up above us
high with pride?

If only, if only that star
was I.

Shining so bright that
even negativity would
be afraid to
approach thy.

When the darkness
threaten to embrace
me, I'll say no, no; I
am the one with shine.

Oh how I wish I was
that star up in the
sky.
