Time

It's a shame that as humans (or any living thing for that matter) relies soley on the importance of time,
Time is the greatest and most defining thing we have,
We have limited time to do what we want;
To chase or dreams;
To become someone,
But time is lost in the modern drag,
Our greatest opportunity, wasted by the steel grip of social acceptance,
Our most valuable resource [time] is spent most not on what makes us happy and makes us human, but instead on bookwork and jobs, rules and constrictions:
Told to act,
Told to be,
But you see, time is all we have really,
One day, your time will run out,
No more laughs,
No more cries,
No more opportunity,
You will be done,
Come to an end, simply another piece in the mass puzzle of humanity,
For time is all we have in the very bitter end,
Don't conform,
Don't change,
When your time is up, was it well spent?
Use your head and use time wisely, for it is the most precious gift on Earth
