Her Utopia

She's just a body in a room
And finally her utopia blooms
And her life is free of tears
That spread when her loneliness appears

It's almost technology-free
The way that she always wished it would be
And her family loves the world less than each other
They hold hearts close and with love try to smother
"Freedom is trust and smiles are truth," says she

She's just a dot in the time line
A small plot, not the prime kind
But now her utopia flies
In her heart you can see it high

There's no need for money
When everyone knows what to give and get back
On the street corner the old men call her brother 'sonny'
And chat for seconds before anyone brings up a funny

It's the present, it's now
Her utopia can't drown
The soul of a grin
Is the new forever she lives in

Ask a neighbor for sugar
No price; no hidden, evil eyes like a cougar
The sky keeps clean
No airplanes are ever seen
At night the sky is lit up by a starry wallpaper sheen

The scene is wonderful in her no where
Grandeur comes around forcing people to stare
And gold infects the plants everywhere
When the sunlight's rays pass over their open-to-all lair

The birds sing harmonies happily each morning
While the day's colors are forming

There's possibilities galore
From a sandy shore to a carnival tour
So things are never a bore
And positive things have a cornucopia
In her loving, warm, merry utopia
