Thrown Away

As I drag my feet under my legs
My torso leans as my arms sway

Stuck in my head I thought of words to say
I wish that I didn't, now I have been thrown away

Trapped in the thoughts of yesterday

As I drag myself for miles and days
I find myself thinking of words to say

Again so instead I just hit play
On this music so loud to flood my brain

Feeling at home alone and pained
