Lost Kingdom

Beneath many great, ancient moons,
Who's sun and the stars are visible to.
Lies a lost, forgotten kingdom,
Which its time, is much too overdue.

The sky is gloomy, yet colorful,
With strides of purple and blue.
Above the ruins, that are dark and dull,
Covering the forest, that fears morning dew.

Old ruins, still filled with haunting voices,
Entangled with young sprouting vines.
Concealed secrets and unknown places,
With eternal scar-cracked lines.

Tall, mountainous towers, that lost the battle to decay,
And smaller buildings that have crumbled to the floor.
This is where the dreams of people lay,
Sealed with a tightly closed back door.

Bitter air; the smell of hidden secrets and thoughts,
Of a once-functioning palace, who's name was great.
Where laws were created, and orders kept,
Now just broken stones, cowering behind a violet gate.

This kingdom- its name was lost to time,
Once highly valued, but now who has fallen.
Shadows that are fading, yet still are divine,
The life of this paradise has been stolen.

It is really casual and easy. Maybe I should have done the rhyming patterns in a more unique way? I don't know, I usually use this pattern when I am not paying attention.
