On the Edge of Hell

A life so wicked and sinister,
You can pay for your sins now;
A life so desolate and hopeless,
A life on the edge of Hell.

High above a river of fire,
A cunning snake whispers his spells.
If you touch the fire you'll burn,
Listen too closely you'll fall and drown.
You'll spend an eternity
With a life on the edge of Hell.

So listen, Dear Child, and listen well.
You'll do best to turn back around.
Leave behind this evil place,
Say a Hail Mary and place your Grace.

For that fire will burn you.
That river will swallow you whole.
If you fall the snake's whispers,
The price is your soul.

Listen, Dear Child, listen now,
Turn around,
The clock's almost run out.
If you fall for the snake's whispers,
The price is both of our souls.

Souls so wicked and sinister,
We must pay for our sins now.
Two lives so dark and empty,
Two lives living in Hell.
