whether we notice or not
the light is constantly speaking
and whether we notice or not
it always affects us

It doesn't speak
in the same tongue as any of us
it's the micro expressions
of wavelengths
some are better at picking up
the meaning

we let it manipulate us
because we simply don't
understand the complexity of it
and if we should try
we'll have to face defeat
expressed in madness
or a peace of mind
