You've made so many mistakes.

Mistakes that won't go away. You try to push them from your mind but they are still there. Waiting at the back of your mind. Pouncing when you least expect it.
You pile the good but the bad is still underneath it all and just when you think you've stopped it happens again. Again. Non-stop. Always there.
One day, though, I promise you, the light will shine through again and there will be a day when you can say "no more". It may not be soon but I promise you it will happen. I am sure of it. I will help you and never let go. Never give up on you.
