Discarded Dreams

Discarded Dreams;
all jumbled in a pile;
mixed with fears and sorrows.
I watch them twine and twirl;
then vanish, disappear.

Where, may I ask, do forgotten dreams lie;
or maybe just discarded;
jumbled, pushed aside.
Wonders of wonders may lie within them;
those forgotten or left behind.

Discarded dreams alone and scared;
hidden in a corner of space.
Afraid to fly or spread their wings;
where discarded dreams do lie.

If every dream you ever dreamt was stuck inside your head;
wouldn't you think it might be crowded there?
So if discarded dreams, are the only way to think;
remember, don't forget;
once you dreamt the same dream;
till it was abandoned, pushed aside.
