Our Spot by the Water

When your eyes are faded, the day grows weary,
and the best of us are all made of gold,
when your dreams grow jaded, your faith can't carry
all the weight of my simple story told,

I want to hide my mind i want to hide from you,
but with my fears inside, there's nowhere i can find,
No matter how i see,the right way won't shine through,
there's little left inside, I pray that you'll be fine,

If you look deeply, you'll see my clouded eyes,
I know i am unbound,
I can't see past these, rainy skies,
The rain drops smash the ground

Now the night grows chilli, and the cars are passing,
Oblivious to all the cares i've grown,
And out in the city, all the people laughing,
Just carry on I'm only on my own,

I wanted to be held, I wanted to let go,
But with my mind outside, there's nowhere I can find,
No matter what I see,the right way will not show,
There's so mich left inside,i know that we'll be fine
